摘要
利用2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)固相萃取在线吸附衍生高效液相色谱-二极管阵列(HPLC-PDA)测定环境空气中的22种羰基化合物,通过试验优化条件,使方法在6.00μg/L^1 800μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.025μg/m^3~0.091μg/m^3,加标回收率为93.2%~108%,平行样相对标准偏差<10%。
An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 22 carbonyl compounds was developed using on-line derivatization 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)solid phase extraction combined with HPLC-PDA.The method showed good linearity between 6.00μg/L^1 800μg/L(linear correlation coefficient R 2>0.999).The limits of detection(LOD)ranged from 0.025μg/m 3 to 0.091μg/m 3 and the limits of quantification(LOQ)ranged from 0.10μg/m 3 to 0.36μg/m 3.The spiked recoveries ranged from 93.2%to 108%,the RSD was less than 10%.
