中国女子网球职业化进程的实现路径探究

A Study on the Realization Path of Women's Tennis Professionalization in China

我国女子网球职业化从最初的萌芽状态发展到现在已经初具规模,并且获得了一定的成绩.在这一进程中,我国女子网球运动员各方面的能力都有了一定的提高.但当前,随着环境的不断转变,我国女子网球在职业化道路上的发展遇到了瓶颈,要想使其实现更好、更快的发展,就必须要突破管理体制限制、解决发展资金难题、提高心理素质,解决现实发展难题.基于此,本文分析了我国女子网球职业化进程中出现的问题,为实现我国女子网球职业化的发展提出一些思路和建议.

The professional development of women’s tennis in our country has begun to take shape and obtain some achievements from the initial budding status to the present.In this process,the ability of all women’s tennis players in China has been improved.Nowadays,the development of women’s tennis professionalism in China has encountered a bottleneck.To achieve better and faster development,we must break through the restriction of management system,solve the problem of developing funds and improve the psychological quality,solve these problems.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of women’s tennis professionalization in China,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for realizing the professional development of women’s tennis in China.
