胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的临床价值

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的效果。方法随机将80例糖尿病患者分实验组与对照组。前者用胰岛素泵治疗,后者用常规胰岛素治疗。统计和分析两组低血糖发生率,治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与糖化血红蛋白值。结果实验组低血糖率低于对照组,治疗后实验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白值低于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论应用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病效果良好。 Objective To investigate the effects of insulin pump on diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups.The former was treated with insulin pump while the latter was treated with conventional insulin.The incidence of hypoglycemia in the two groups was analyzed and the fasting blood glucose,2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin value before and after treatment were detected.Results The hypoglycemia rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes is good.
