As an international logistics belt,an industrial zone of element agglomeration and an open zone for mutually benefit and win-win result,China,Mongolia and Russia Economic Corridor has opened up a huge space for Heilongjiang's development,bringing both opportunities and new challenges.Under the new situation,trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia has new changes compared with the previous times.So to analyze the current situation of trade between Heilongjiang and Russia and to find out the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures will help Heilongjiang improve its economic and trade strategy to Russia,so as to promote the industrial structure transformation of the province.It will help accelerate the better and faster development of foreign trade of the province for promoting Heilongjiang's economic progress.
