绥芬河建设区域性物流中心的路径探析

随着"一带一路"战略的深入推进,"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设备受关注。绥芬河作为"中蒙俄经济走廊"向东方向的重要节点城市,以国际陆海联运大通道为依托,大力发展现代物流产业,建设东北亚区域性物流中心面临"天时、地利、人和"的重大机遇。通过全面系统地阐述绥芬河物流中心建设的重大意义、基础条件、制约因素、基本思路、推进措施,提出了加强中俄高层次协调,建立中、俄、日、韩多边合作机制,加大政策和资金扶持力度,支持绥芬河创建国家级中俄边境自由贸易试验区等对策建议。

With the deepening of The Belt and Road,the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor has attracted much attention.As the important node city to east direction,Suifenhe is based on the international land-ocean transportation channel,vigorously develop modern logistics industry,construct the Northeast Asia regional logistics center which faces the big opportunity in terms of favorable climatic,geographical and human conditions.Based on the all-round and systematic exposition of significance,basic conditions,restrictive factors,basic idea and promoting measures of the construction of the logistics center,the study puts forward to strengthen high-level coordination between China and Russia,establish the multilateral cooperation mechanism among Russia,Japan and South Korea,increase policy and financial support,and support to create state-level free trade area along the border between China and Russia.
