摘要
首先分析了室内降温装置的降温原理,然后介绍了在LabWindows/CVI开发平台下,以PT100、研华ADAM-4015模块和计算机为硬件平台的温度采集系统的设计。为了获得精准的温度数据,在MATLAB中对数据进行卡尔曼滤波。通过对降温装置内外的温度对比发现,该系统能降温大约2.76℃,验证了降温装置的可行性。
In this paper,the cooling principle of the indoor cooling device is analyzed.The design of temperature acquisition system based on LabWindows/CVI platform and PT100,Advantech ADAM-4015 module and computer as hardware platform is introduced.Kalman filtering is used in MATLAB to obtain accurate temperature data.The system achieve automatically temperature measurement function.Through the comparison of indoor and outdoor temperature,the system can cool about 2.76℃.The feasibility of the cooling system is verified.
