摘要
随着科技的发展,依靠人工检测PCB板缺陷的方式逐渐被现代化的自动光学设备所取代,而准确定位PCB板缺陷的重要前提是精确定位Mark点。首先对原始PCB板图像进行了预处理,然后用模板匹配和Hough变换两种算法分别对Mark点进行定位。在传统Hough变换的基础上加入Mark点的先验知识,提高了算法的效率。最后,将模板匹配和改进的Hough变换进行对比研究,模板匹配具有更高的效率,而Hough变换具有很好的抗干扰能力。
With the development of technology,detecting defects of PCB manually is being replaced by automatic optics inspection,which is greatly influenced by the precision of locating Mark points.After preprocessing the image of PCB,the algorithms of template matching and Hough transform are implemented on locating Mark points.Based on the previous knowledge of Mark points,the efficiency of Hough transform is improved.
