单支锉热牙胶根管充填与传统冷侧压根管充填效果对比研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:比较VDW单支锉RECIPROC往复模式系统预备根管,结合热牙胶根管充填与传统K锉预备根管结合冷侧压根管充填的效果。方法:收治的460例患者的486颗牙髓炎患牙,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组246颗患牙用VDWRECIPROC单支锉进行根管预备配合大锥度热牙胶充填。对照组的240颗患牙根管用手用不锈钢根管锉扩洗,冷侧压根管充填。所有患牙治疗后随访两年,每年复诊1次,拍CBCT片评判根管治疗效果。结果:实验组两年治疗的成功率为98.8%,对照组两年的成功率为95.4%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过两年的随访,单支锉热牙胶充填法治疗后牙牙髓炎的效果明显优于传统的冷侧压根管治疗法。 Objective:To compare root canal preparation by using VDW single file integrated with thermafil obturation and using stainless steel K file integrated with traditional lateral condensation.Methods:486 pulpitis teeth from 460 patients were randomly devided into experimental group and control group.246 pulpitis teeth’s root canal in experimental group was prepared by VDW single file and filled by large taper gutta-percha.240 pulpitis teeth was prepared by stainless steel K file and filled by traditional lateral condensation.Judging treatment effectiveness evaluation every year re-examination during 2-year follow-up.Results:The success rate of experimental group and control group was 98.8%and 95.4%separately.There was statistically significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After 2-year follow-up,the effectiveness of posterior teeth pulpitis by using single file and thermafil obturation are significantly better than traditional lateral condensation.
