替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗中晚期胃癌并发肝转移临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical efficacy and safety of tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer complicated with liver metastasis

目的:探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗中晚期胃癌并发肝转移的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取100例中晚期胃癌并发肝转移患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组接受替吉奥联合四氢叶酸、5-Fu治疗,观察组采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、免疫功能指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(76.0%)高于对照组(56.0%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后CD_3^+、CD_8^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者周围神经毒性、白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、肝功能损害、腹泻、口腔黏膜炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗中晚期胃癌并发肝转移效果显著,安全性较高,能有效改善患者免疫功能。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with liver metastasis and provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods:100 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer complicated with liver metastases were enrolled in.According to the random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,each group of 50 cases.The control group was received tricl combined with tetrahydrofolic acid,5-Fu treatment,and the observation group was treated with tiagil combined with oxaliplatin.To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,changes in immune function and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate(76.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in CD 3+and CD 8+levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);The levels of CD 4+,CD 4+/CD 8+in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity,leukopenia,nausea and vomiting,liver function damage,diarrhea and oral mucositis in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with liver metastases significantly,high safety,can effectively improve the immune function,worthy of clinical promotion.
