长链非编码RNA MALAT1在宫颈癌血清与组织中的表达差异 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨长链非编码RNA MALAT1在宫颈癌血清及组织中的表达差异。方法检测新疆医科大学第一附属医院2014年1月-2016年12月确诊的60例治疗前宫颈鳞癌患者血清及组织标本中MALAT1的表达,所有患者均接受根治性放射治疗。对宫颈癌血清及组织中MALAT1的表达与其临床病理特征及放疗疗效的关系进行统计学分析。结果在宫颈癌患者癌组织中MALAT的表达水平高于配对的正常组织(P<0.05);且MALAT1的血清表达也高于正常血标本;单因素分析显示:患者的年龄、病理分化程度、肿瘤分期及鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)指标差异对预后的影响无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而患者的淋巴结转移、治疗方式对预后的影响有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。宫颈癌中MALAT1的表达与放疗疗效负相关。结论 MALAT1能作为一个预测宫颈癌放疗疗效的新指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of long non-coding RNA MALAT1 and the effect of radiotherapy on cervical cancer tissues of the Han and Uygur patients.Methods 60 cervical cancer tissue samples were collected.Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect MALAT1 mRNA expression.All the patients were received radiotherapy.MALAT1 expression in cervical carcinoma tissues and its relationship with curative effect of radiotherapy were subjected analysis.Results MALAT1 expression was significantly up-regulated in the endometrial cancer tissues compared to the normal tissues(P<0.05);The serum expression of MALAT1 was also higher than that of normal blood samples.Single factor analysis showed there was no significant difference in the influence of age,ethnicity,pathological differentiation,tumor staging,and SCC markers on the prognosis of the patients(P>0.05).However,lymph node metastasis and treatment methods had significant influence on prognosis(P<0.05).The expression of MALAT1 in cervical cancer was negatively correlated with the effect of radiotherapy.Conclusion MALAT1 expression could be used as a new marker for predicating curative effect of radiotherapy of cervical carcinoma.
