摘要
为抑制驾驶室室内板件引起的结构声,以国产某型号拖拉机为研究对象,提出利用模态应变能分析驾驶室板件的异常振动问题,结合面板声学贡献度计算问题板件对于场点声压的贡献度,确定引起噪声的主要板件并进行形貌优化,从而抑制驾驶员耳旁噪声。仿真分析与实车试验表明,将模态应变能方法与面板贡献度相结合应用于拖拉机驾驶室异常振动板件识别,较之经典模态分析,以单元固有应变能为识别标准,能够更有效识别主要振源板件,提高识别准确度,同时减少贡献度计算对象,提升计算效率。
Suppression of structure noise in tractor cabs is studied.The problem of abnormal vibration of the cab plate is analyzed based on the modal strain energy.To find the problem plate and optimize its topography,the acoustic contribution of the panel is calculated.The numerical and experimental analyses demonstrate that the proposed method is more suitable for identifying the abnormal vibration in the tractor cabs than the individually classical modal analysis.In this method,the main vibration panel can be recognized effectively and precisely with less computer time consuming.
