结合陕西煤化能源有限公司甲醇装置的运行实际,分析生产运行过程中所存在的8类环保风险,包括工艺气和甲醇泄漏污染风险、烟气和污水超标排放风险、锅炉烟囱冒黑烟和总排口排放黑水的风险等,并提出相应的风险管控措施。

In combination with the actual operation of the methanol unit in Shaanxi Carbonification Energy Co., this thesis analyzes risks during production and operation including risk of leakage and pollution of process gas and methanol, risk of excessive emission of exhaust gas and sewage and risk of black smoke emitted from furnace chimney and black water from general outlet, and accordingly proposes risk control measures.
