摘要
针对包钢3#高炉风口频繁破损的原因进行分析,通过采取降低碱负荷、维持上限物理温度,炉温控制上以物理温度为主、降低煤比、强化基础工作等措施,使风口频繁破损得到治理。
The reasons for the frequent damage of tuyere in No.3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel are analyzed,and measures such as reducing the alkali load,maintaining the upper limit of physical temperature,furnace temperature controlling mainly in physical temperature,lowering the coal ratio,and strengthening the foundation work are adopted to control the frequent damage of tuyere.
