文章简要介绍了转炉煤气干法净化回收系统的工艺流程,结合实际生产数据从工艺控制、设备操作及组织管理等多方面分析影响煤气回收的因素,并提出切实可行的提高转炉煤气回收热值的方法,炼钢过程中产生转炉煤气的回收和利用,不仅能够给企业带来较好的经济效益,而且能够有效的缓解环境压力。

In the paper,it is briefly introduced the process flow of converter gas dry purification and recovery system,combined with actual production data,analyzed the factors influencing the gas recovery from various aspects such as process control,equipment operation,and organizational management,proposing the practical and feasible method to improve the recovery calorific value of converter gas,and the recovery and utilization of converter gas produced in the steelmaking process,which will not only bring better economic benefits to enterprises,but also effectively ease environmental pressure.
