包钢降低粗酚含水量过程控制研究

摘要 通过对分解反应过程的分析,找到了影响粗酚含水量的因素。分解后溶液p H值偏高、压缩空气搅拌速度不稳定、静置时间短、管道乏水串漏等都对粗酚含水量高有很大的影响。通过调整溶液的p H值5~7之间,缓慢调节风速、延长静置时间、改造管道等措施,粗酚含水量明显降低,已由16%以上降至14%以下,取得了良好的效果。 Through the analysis of the decomposition reaction process,the factors affecting the crude phenol moisture are found.The high pH value of solution after decomposition,the unstable stirring speed of compressed air,the short standing time and the water leakage of the pipeline have great influence on the high moisture content of crude phenol.By adjusting the pH value of solution 5~7,slowly adjusting the wind speed,prolonging the standing time and reforming the pipeline,the moisture content of crude phenol is significantly reduced from more than 16%to less than 14%,good results having been achieved.
