摘要
对热轧的地质管STM-R780进行正火处理,采用不同正火温度及保温时间进行实验,通过相关实验设备测定了钢管的屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、金相组织等技术指标,分析各项数据,找出强度与韧性性能搭配合理的正火热处理制度。
The hot rolled drilling pipe STM-R780 is normalized.Experiments are carried out with different normalizing temperatures and holding times.Technical parameters such as yield strength,tensile strength,elongation,and metallographic structure of steel pipe are measured by relevant experimental equipment.The proper normalizing heat treatment system for strength and toughness is found out by analyzing the data.
