包钢带式焙烧机提高自产精矿配比试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Improving the Proportion of Self Produced Concentrate for Belt Type Roasting Machine in Baotou Steel

摘要 文章采用优化配矿方法对包钢自产精矿在球团中的配加比例进行系统研究。研究结果表明:除配加膨润土以外,在不增加其他熔剂的条件下,球团中自产精矿的配比最高可以达到35%;同时增加镁质熔剂的条件下,自产精矿的配比可以达到40%,且成品球团矿指标可以满足4 150 m3高炉对球团指标的要求。 In the paper,the systematic study is carried out on the proportion of Baotou Steel self produced concentrate in pelletizing through optimizing ore proportioning method.The results show that with the addition of bentonite,in the condition of without increasing the other flux,the highest proportion of self produced concentrate in pelletizing can reach 35%;while in the condition of increasing magnesian flux,the proportion of self produced concentrate can reach 40%,and the finished pellets index can meet the requirements of the pellet index for 4 150 m 3 blast furnace in Baotou Steel.
