摘要
文章通过实验室试验,研究了Cr、Mo、V合金化对斗齿用钢淬透性的影响和分析,试验结果表明采用Cr、Mo、V合金化在提高钢的淬透性方面,尤其在J19 mm后的末端淬透性硬度明显趋缓。
Through laboratory tests,the influence and analysis of Cr,Mo and V alloying on hardenability of bucket teeth steel are studied.The test results show that Cr,Mo and V alloying for improving the hardenability of steel,especially after J19 mm,the hardness of end hardenability obviously slows down.
