摘要
分别对龙葵、蛇莓中药材进行调查,研究建立显微鉴别方法:对北败酱草、白花蛇舌草中药材进行调查,研究建立薄层鉴别(Thin Layer Chromatography,TLC)方法。对贝壳类中药材牡蛎等所含碳酸钙成分受加入稀盐酸量的影响进行比较试验研究。结果显示,对龙葵、蛇莓进行显微鉴别时可以将非腺毛、草酸钙砂晶作为显著的结构特点:以木犀草素、熊果酸为主要标志物可以对北败酱草和白花蛇舌草进行薄层鉴别:加入稀盐酸(浓度9.5%)25 mL可以对牡蛎中碳酸钙成分进行准确分析。
This article investigated Solanum nigrum L.and Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke respectively to establish the microscopic identification methods.The TLC was established for the investigation of Sonchus arvensis L.and Hedyotis diffusa.The effects of the amount of diluted hydrochloric acid on calcium carbonate and other components in Ostrea gigas.Thunberg were compared and studied.The resalts showed that non-glandular and oxalate sand crystals can be used as the striking features of Solanum nigrum L.and Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke in the microscopic identification,luteolin and ursolic acid the which as the main markers can identify the Sonchus arvensis L.and Hedyotis diffusa by TLC.The addition of the diluted hydrochloric acid(9.5%)to 25 mL can be used to accurately analyze the calcium carbonate components in Ostrea gigas Thunberg.
