摘要
以配备LNT A-BOX专利围栏系统的液化天然气船LNT45次屏蔽安装为工程背架,对次屏壁安装平台结构形式进行合理设计并利用ANSYS Workbench建立三维有限元模型,选取最危险工况对其进行强度分析。计算结果表明:安装平台在满足施工要求的同时具有较高的安全储备,从而为A型罐LNG船提供了一种新式结构的次屏蔽安装平台。
In the paper,the secondary shield installation of LNT45 which equipped with the LNT A-BOX patent fence system is the engineering background. The structure form of the secondary shield installation platform is designed in reason. Using ANSYS Workbench to create 3 D finite element model and selecting the most dangerous working conditions to analyze. The calculation results show that the installation platform has safety property while satisfying the construction requirements,thus providing a new type of secondary shield installation platform for the LNG carriers equipped with A-type tank.
