摘要
俄军近几年电子战力量发展迅速,特别是美俄黑海电子战事件,使俄军电子装备惊艳了世界。以作战部队指挥员的视角,通过纵向的比较,深入研究了俄军在近几场局部冲突中的电子战力量运用,梳理了俄军电子战力量由弱到强的发展历程,探寻了对电子战力量发展的启示,以期为电子战的发展提供思路和借鉴。
In present years,electronic warfare(EW)capability of Russian military develops rapidly,specially theBlack Sea EW event of America andRussiamakes theRussian electronic equipment amaze the world.In the view of commandter in campaign troop through vertical comparison,this paper deeply studies the EW strength application of Russia in recent several local wars,combs the development course from weak to strong of Russian military EW strength,explores the enlightenment of EW strength development,which is expected to provide thinking and reference for EW development.
