摘要
针对毫米波功率合成技术研究,吸取传统Wilkinson电桥的优点,设计了一款性能优良、便于工程加工的小型化直接三等分功分器,仿真结果表明:在32~37GHz的频段内驻波小于1.55,插入损耗1.1dB以内,隔离度大于14.9dB。
Aiming at the research into millimeterwave power synthesis technology,this paper absorbs the advantages of traditional Wilkinson hybrid junction to design a miniaaturized direct three equal power divider which is excellent and convenient for engineering processing.Simulation results show that the standing w ave s less than 1.55 in 32~37 GHz,insert loss is less than 1.1dB,isolation is greater than 14.9 dB.
