高职院校思政课教师职业现状的调查研究--基于安庆市四所市属高职院校的实证调查分析

A Study on the Professional Status of Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges——a case studyof four municipal higher vocational colleges in Anqing

地方高职院校是我国高等教育阵地的重要组成部分,高职院校思政课教师与辅导员是高职院校教师队伍中的一支重要力量。当前在高职院校中,思政课教学面临着诸多困难与挑战。本文从高职院校的思政课教师本身出发,通过实地调研,分析和总结当前地方高职院校思政课教师面临的职业现状。在此基础上提出,地方政府、各高职院校和思政课教师应共同努力,采取多种有效措施,提升高职院校思政课教育教学的实效性,以期达到合力育人的目的。

Local higher vocational colleges play a very important part in higher education in China.The teachers of ideological and political courses and counselors are an important force for faculty in higher vocational colleges.Now there are many difficulties and challenges in ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.According to the analysis and summary of the professional status of ideological and political teachers by field research based on the higher vocational teachers themselves,the local government,higher vocational colleges and teachers of ideological and political should work together and take various effective measures to promote the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political courses and then reach the goal of educating students.
