机械收获对甘蔗品种地下芽库的影响

Effect of mechanical harvest on underground buds in different sugarcane varieties

为探究机械收获后甘蔗地下芽库的变化,进而在群体变化层面上评价不同甘蔗品种对机械收获的适应性。采用人工与机械两种收获方式对新台糖22号、粤糖93-159、云蔗05-51、桂糖32号和福农39号等5个甘蔗品种进行收获,并调查两种收获方式下不同甘蔗品种地下芽的数量及萌发情况。结果表明,各参试品种平均地下芽数量差异不显著,地下芽总量由前1年蔗桩数决定。粤糖93-159与福农39号机械收获萌发率显著低于人工收获。新台糖22号、云蔗05-51、桂糖32号对机械收获的适应性较好,适合进行机械收获。

The objective of this study was to explore the changes of sugarcane underground buds after mechanical harvest and evaluate the adaptability of different sugarcane varieties to mechanized harvest.Two harvesting methods,manual or mechanical,were used to harvest crops of five sugarcane varieties,namely,Xingtaitang 22,Yuetang 93-159,Yunzhe 05-51,Guitang 32 and Funong 39.The number of underground buds and germination characteristics of the buds were investigated.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average number of underground buds among different varieties,which was determined by the number of buds from the previous year.However,the bud germination rates of Yuetang 93-159 and Funong 39 were significantly lower following a mechanical harvest than manual harvest.Other three varieties(Xingtaitang 22,Yunzhe 05-51,Guitang 32)were better adapted and suitable to mechanical harvesting.
