侵染花生的短尾短体线虫种群动态

Population dynamics of Pratylenchus bruchyurus during infection of peanut plants

摘要 通过田间调查与温室接种试验,观察短尾短体线虫(Pratylenchus bruchyurus)侵染花生后的种群动态规律。结果显示:短尾短体线虫主要寄生花生果荚,其次是胚栓、根系和土壤;花生植株各部位的虫量随着种植时间的延长而增加;室温下(22℃)随着存放时间的延长寄生在花生果荚中的线虫量逐步减少,收获18个月后花生果荚中检测出的线虫量最少。 Field investigations and greenhouse inoculation experiments were conducted to observe the population dynamics of Pratylenchus bruchyurus druing infection of peanuts.The results showed that P.bruchyurus was found in greater numbers in the hulls than in the pegs,roots of peanuts and soils.The number of nematodes in infected parts of peanut plants increased with the extension of planting time.When stored at room temperature(22℃),the number of nematodes in harvested pods decreased with extended storage time.At 18-month after harvest,the least number of nematodes was found in the pods.
