民族区域自治制度视角下的民族团结法治保障研究

Research on the Guarantee of Law of National Unity from the Perspective of Regional Ethnic Autonomy System

民族团结是国家安全和社会稳定的重要标志,保障良好的民族团结局面必须协调好民族关系。以《民族区域自治法》关于民族关系相关规定为研究视角,结合全国人大常委开展的《民族区域自治法》执法检查的相关情况,论证了用法律调整民族关系对促进民族团结的重要性,分析了自治法对于调整民族关系的具体规定,并集合这些法律规范的具体实施情况,针对当前我国民族关系发展的趋势和困境,提出协调民族关系、促进民族团结的建议。

National unity is the significant symbol of national security and social stability,so the guarantee of good national unity must coordinate national relations well.This paper takes the regulation of the national relations in the National Regional Ethnic Autonomy Law as the research perspective,and combines with the relevant situations of the enforcement inspection of National Regional Ethnic Autonomy Law carried out by the standing committee of the National People's Congress to prove the significance of adjusting national relations by law to promote national unity.Considering the specific enforcement of the Law,the current trends and dilemma of China’s national unity,it analyzes the specific regulations about adjusting of national relations of the Law and puts forward some suggestions for coordinating and promoting national unity.
