摘要
新建地方本科高校应用型转型是我国高等教育发展史上具有里程碑式的突破。深入剖析应用型转型的内涵,分析新建地方本科高校所具有的"双重身份"——高等教育与职业教育,并从地方高校教育管理者的角度探讨如何用足用好中央省市的高校应用型转型政策。
Transition to application-oriented type in newly established local undergraduate colleges is a milestone breakthrough in the development of higher education in China.This study analyzes the connotation of the applied transformation in depth,the"dual identity"of the new local undergraduate colleges and universities-the higher education and vocational education,and discusses how to use the university application transition policy of the central government,provinces and cities from the perspective of the local university education managers.
