Continuation and Transformation: Study on Rural Work of the CPC Liberated Areas(1945-1949)

抗战胜利的突来,中共延续抗战时期的减租减息来发展生产和壮大解放区力量;为填补民族矛盾结束后乡村动员空白,中共中央要求减租与反奸结合起来,并逐渐开展清算运动;为明确土地转移与减租、清算的关系,中央颁发五四指示,随后提出土地征购来确立乡村工作的合法性,但因政策的主导与乡村工作实况不符,终以流产而告终;《中国土地法大纲》颁布后,平分土地、整党、组织生产成为乡村工作的主体,而组织生产逐渐成为中心。纵观1945-1949年中共乡村工作的转变,虽以解决乡村土地为主导,但中心内容伴随乡村工作及国内政治形势的变化而发生相应变动,凸显着斗争形势与乡村革命的互动。

With the sudden coming of victory of the Anti-Japanese War,the CPC continued rent and interest reduction policy to develop production and expand the power of the liberated areas.In order to fill the gap of rural mobilization after the end of ethnic conflict,the central committee of the CPC called for the combination of rent reduction and anti-espionage,and gradually carried out the liquidation campaign.In order to ensure the relationship between land transition and rent reduction and liquidation,the central committee issued the“May 4th instructions”and then land acquisition were put forward to establish the legitimacy of the rural work,which ended in abortion eventually because of the point of the policy was not consistent with the case of rural work.After the promulgation of“Outline Land Law of China”,distributing the land,consolidating the Party and organizing production became the main body of the rural work,and the latter gradually became the center.Throughout the transition of the rural work of the CPC from 1945 to 1949,which was dominated by solving rural land,but the center content transferred with the change of the rural work and domestic political situation,which highlighted the struggle situation interact with rural revolution.
