基于射频幅值法的原油含水率测量系统研究 被引量:8

摘要 原油含水率的在线监测是急需的技术,也是油田数字化的重要内容。本文以油井井口管道内的油水混合流体为被测介质,根据油与水的相对介电常数有较大差异且高频电磁波对介电常数敏感的特点,开发了一套基于射频法的含水率在线监测系统。同时,在频率优化、电路调试的基础上开展了大量的测试与实验,证实了所述系统有良好的性能,可精确测量原油的含水率。 It is an urgent technology to indirectly monitor the moisture content of the crude oil,it is also an important content of the digitalization of oilfields.In this paper,the oil-water mixture in wellhead pipeline is used as the testing medium,according to the characteristics that the relative permittivity of oil and water is quite different,and the high frequency elec-tromagnetic wave is sensitive to permittivity,a water content online monitoring system based on radio frequency method is developed.At the same time,a lot of tests and expetiments were carried out on the basis of frequency optimization and circuit debugging,which confirmed that the system has good performance and can accurately measure the water content of crude oil.
