摘要
陇东地区天然气埋藏深、地层温度高、原始地层压力大,通过调整井位部署、优化钻井工艺及储层改造工艺技术,提高开发效果。研究结果表明,丛式井布井方式,探明了局部砂体发育规模及走向,解决了陇东地区地面条件难以形成井场的困难;"低密高黏无伤害聚磺钻井液"在水平井钻井过程中,水平段钻遇泥岩时井壁稳定不易垮塌,在砂岩中钻进速度更快,水平井一次上返固井工艺为水平段水力泵送桥塞改造工艺提供了有利条件;压裂改造方面,直井施工排量采用3 m3/min^4 m3/min、水平井采用6 m3/min^8 m3/min,布井方式、钻井工程与试气工艺三方面结合,形成了陇东地区天然气开发的配套技术。
In Longdong area,the natural gas is buried deep,the temperature of the stratum is high and the pressure of the original formation is great,by adjusting the well position de-ployment,optimizing the drilling technology and the reservoir reconstruction technology to is improved the development effect.The results of the study show that,cluster well is explored the local sand scale and direction.Solve the difficulties of forming a well on the floor in Longdong area.Low density and high viscosity and harmless polysulfonyl drilling fluid in drilling of horizontal well make the hole stability and not easy to collapse,drilling speed is faster in sand.The first back refixation process in horizontal well provides favorable condi-tions for the horizontal hydraulic pump to deliver the bridge plug.About fracturing,construc-tion displacement is 3 m3/min^4 m3/min in vertical well and 6 m3/min^8 m3/min in horizontal well.The three aspects of cluster well,drilling engineering and fracturing technique forming the supporting technology of natural gas development in Longdong area.
