摘要
针对曹妃甸油田的油水性质及现场流程,开发出适合现场工况的聚丙烯酸酯乳液反相破乳剂BH-512。通过开展现场试验,同现场在用国外药剂SZB-4590进行对比。试验表明,反相破乳剂BH-512加注量为80 m L/min时(SZB-4590加注量80 m L/min)油系统各级水相出口含油值与之前相当,各级油相出口含水有所降低;水系统各级出口水质有所改善,核桃壳压差保持平稳,处理后水质良好,平均含油值低于10 mg/L。目前,反相破乳剂BH-512已实现国产化替换,并大幅节约药剂成本。
This article focuses on development of reversed demulsifier BH-512 with poly-acrylate emulsion to fit on-site operating supporting,based on oil-water performance and on-site process in CFD oilfield.Through comparison testing with oversea chemical agent,the experiment result showed that when the filling volume of reversed demulsifier BH-512 was 80 mL/min(filling volume of SZB-4590 was 80 mL/min),the O/W was similar with prior values in each water outlets for oil system,and BS&W in each oil outlets has lower than before.Meanwhile,the water quality in each outlets for water system has been better than before,the pressure different for walnut shell filter keep stable,the water quality was fine,and average O/W was lower than 10 mg/L.Currently,the reversed demulsifier BH-512 re-placed oversea chemical agent and was successfully made in location.Additionally,it can re-duce significantly chemical agent cost.
