摘要
生物形态材料保留了自然界生物质的结构特性,具有较高的比表面积。本文以棉花为模板,经一步碳热还原法制备的具有独特三维多孔结构的生物形态Ni-Cu/C甲醇燃料电池用阳极催化剂,具有良好的甲醇催化氧化性能及抗中间产物毒化特性。结果表明:以750℃热处理碳化制备的生物形态Ni/C催化剂对甲醇电催化氧化性能最佳,在制备过程中添加摩尔比为10%的Cu元素能够进一步提升电极的甲醇催化氧化,同时提升对中间产物的耐受性。
Bio-morphological materials possess a porous structure with a higher specific sur-face area evolved by natural selection.The bio-morphological Ni-Cu/C methanol fuel cell catalyst with unique three-dimensional network-like porous structure synthesized by biologi-cal cotton template has good catalytic performance.The results show that the Ni/C bio-cata-lyst prepared at 750℃has a good methanol electro-catalytic oxidation performance.And the addition of Cu in the catalyst,especially when the mole fraction is 10%,can further enhance the catalytic oxidation of methanol and anti-poisoning performance.
