秉承办学传统 适应时代要求 推进民族高等师范教育新发展——内蒙古民族大学教师教育改革的实践与思考

内蒙古民族大学坚持科学发展、内涵发展和转型发展,以"务实办学、创新办学、开放办学、特色办学"为理念,多角度多方面采取措施,大力发展教师教育:夯实教师教育的根基,强化师资队伍的保障功能;重视办学定位的顶层设计,实施混合式课堂教学改革;打通供给与需求之间的通道,实施人才培养四个"三位一体"战略;着重蒙汉兼通人才培养,提高双语师范类专业学生就业创业能力。经多年探索和努力,教师教育管理与实践取得显著成效:本科教学质量工程成效显著,课堂教学改革获得广泛认可,教风学风考风形成良性循环,人才培养质量得到不断提升。

Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities insists on scientific development,connotation development and transformation development with the concept of“practical running,innovation running,open running,and characteristic running”and should take measures in many aspects and attach great importance to teacher’s education:to strengthen the foundation of teacher’s education and guarantee function of teachers;to emphasize the top-level design of university orientation and implement reform of mixed classroom teaching;to open the channel between supply and demand and implement strategy of talent training four“trinity”;to focus on cultivation of Mongolian and Chinese talents and improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of bilingual normal students.After years of exploration and efforts,teacher’s education management and practice have achieved remarkable results:teaching quality of undergraduate course has achieved remarkable results and reform of the classroom teaching has been widely recognized.The atmosphere of teaching,learning and exam is formed a virtuous circle,the quality of talents training is continuously improved.
