摘要
民族团结就是不同民族群体间和谐相处、良性互动、构建稳定的族际关系。民族团结教育是学校的"潜课程",学校的民族团结教育始于民族间的相互理解;"认同教育"是民族团结教育的根本任务。研究发现:在学校场域中,通过校园文化、课程建设、课外活动、学校仪式的有效实施,可以形成"多元一体,美美与共"的民族和谐共生的局面。
National unity is the harmonious relationship among different ethnic groups,benign interaction,and the construction of a stable ethnic relationship.National unity education is the"hidden curriculum",the school's national unity education began in the mutual understanding between nations,identity education is the basic task of national unity education.In the school field,through the campus culture,curriculum construction,extracurricular activities,the effective implementation of the school ceremony,and ultimately realize the unity of ethnic groups and the harmonious coexistence of nation.
