民族预科教育实践中的公平理念与教育启示 被引量:3

摘要 目前国内教育公平的研究主要从教育公平的理论出发,探讨教育过程中的各种不公平现象以及求索各种促进教育公平的理论模型与实践方式,然而理论也需要具体的实践来检验和完善,使之趋于合理。新中国成立以来我国民族预科教育在具体实践中取得了跨越式的发展,其在教学实践探索中积累的宝贵经验和规律对增进教育公平的理解具有重要的启示意义。本文以新的视角从预科教育实践出发,梳理其教育教学实践中所蕴含的教育公平理念,结合我国教育公平现实情境,反观教育公平公正并进行思考得出启示,认为教育公平在具体的实践过程中首先应注重教育对象的差异性,在教育资源的配置上体现整体的合理性,在教育各个环节中重视过程的协调性。 At present domestic research on education fairness mainly from the education equiy theory,discusses all kinds of unfair phenomenon in the process of education and thinking about various ways to promote the practice of the education fair,however theory also need to practice and test to improve themselves and make it more reasonable.Since the founding of our country's ethnic pre-college education guided by theory of education fairness has achieved leap-forward development.Accumulated valuable experiences in teaching practice and laws make a significance promote for understanding the education equty.With a new perspective,this article embarks from the preparatory education practice,combing the education contained in the teaching practice of education equity ideas,based on our country's education reality to take the reverse into the education equty and provides some enlightenment about the education equity,to make a conclusion that education equity should pay attention to different education object in the process of concrete practice at first,and then followed the allocation of education resources to the overall and reasonable,finally cautious about each link among education attaches great importance to the process of coordination.
