对接核心素养评价标准实施四大人才培养工程--基于职业核心素养标准的中职生素养教育实践与思考 被引量:8

摘要 立德树人,为职校生出彩人生奠基,这是党和国家赋予职业教育德育工作的重任。加快构建现代职业教育体系,切实提升人才培养质量,现已成为中等职业学校的战略目标。基于此,课题组成员学校将学生职业素养评价作为构建现代职业教育评价体系的核心内容之一,紧扣"中职学生职业核心素养评价标准体系",着力实施四大人才培养工程,成就学生精彩人生,取得了显著成效。 Moral education is the responsibility of vocational education endowed by the Party and the state.It has become a strategic goal for secondary vocational schools to speed up the construction of modern vocational education system and improve the quality of talent training.Based on this,the member schools of the project group take the students爷professional core literacy as one of the core contents of constructing modern vocational education evaluation system,and focus on the implementation of four personnel training projects,in order to accomplish the students'wonderful life.So far,it has achieved remarkable results.
