摘要
工匠精神是"手""脑""心"的三位一体。"手"是技艺精湛,"脑"是观念创造,"心"是心性转变。高职院校培育工匠精神,必须从"校园文化"拓展到"学校文化",学校文化的整体性和层次性是培育工匠精神的概念基础。基于学校文化概念,高职院校培育学生的工匠精神应从直接教学到间接教育,从单兵作战到集团作战,从文化表层到文化核心。
The craftsman spirit is the trinity of the"hand","brain"and"heart".The"hand"represents for the exquisite skills,the"brain"represents for concept creation,and the"heart"represents for mental transformation.The cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges must expand from"campus culture"to"school culture",and the integrity and level of school culture is the conceptual basis for cultivating craftsman spirit.Based on the concept of school culture,higher vocational colleges should cultivate the students'craftsmanship spirit:from direct teaching to indirect education,from individual combat to group operation,from cultural surface to cultural core.
