Constructing the Curriculum System of Modern Pharmacy Specialty to Promote the Teaching Reform and Innovation

为适应现代医药卫生事业对药学人才培养的需求,需依据人才培养目标,改革药学专业课程教学内容,加强实践教学,突出学生实践能力、创新能力、分析和解决问题的能力培养,按照"工学结合,校企合作""以就业为导向"的人才培养模式,将课程体系构建与人才培养目标及就业需求结合起来,合理设置药学专业相关课程,推动和促进药学专业教育教学改革与发展。

In order to adapt to the requirements of modern medical and health services for the pharmaceutical talents,we should carry out the teaching content reform of pharmacy professional courses according to the personnel training objectives,strengthen the practice teaching,and emphasize the training of the students'practice,innovation,analysis and problem-solving abilities.Based on the talent training mode of“work-study combination”,“school-enterprise cooperation”and“employment orientation”,the construction of curriculum system should be combined with the talent training objectives.A reasonable pharmacy related curriculum should be set to promote the teaching reform and development of the pharmacy professional education.
