基于“零缺陷”质量管理的实践思考

摘要 本文介绍了"零缺陷"质量管理的核心内容,坚持以人为本,分析"零缺陷"质量管理在学校中的应用,指出存在的主要问题,探讨优化与实施"零缺陷"质量管理的途径,提出学校文化建设与"零缺陷"管理深度融合,采用"外化于行、固化于制、内化于心、物化于境"的方法循序深入,不断提升学校核心竞争力,促进教师发展和学生成长。 This paper introduces the core content of the"zero defects"quality management.Adhering to the people-orientation,it analyzes the application of"zero defects"quality management in schools,points out the main problems,discusses the way to optimize and implement the"zero defects"quality management,and puts forward the construction of school culture and the integration of"zero defects"in-depth management.By adopting special ways to sequentially develop the management,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the schools and promote the development of teachers and students.
