基于实践共同体的职业院校体验式德育探析——以江苏联合职业技术学院高邮分院为例

An Exploration of Experiential Moral Education in Vocational Colleges Based on Practice Community

如今的职业院校德育目标高尚、德育队伍庞大、德育经费不菲,管理层也一直强调"德育为先"的口号,但是德育效果却不尽人意。究其原因,是如今职业院校没有摸清学生真实的思想状况,没有采取有效的德育教育模式。文章分析了当今职业院校学生的思想状况,分析了如今"口号式德育""灌输式德育"的弊端,以江苏联合职业技术学院高邮分院为例介绍了体验式德育的实施途径,意图为职业院校的体验式德育的研究提供借鉴。

Nowadays,vocational colleges have lofty moral goals,huge moral education teams and expensive moral education costs.Management has always emphasized the slogan of"moral education first",but the effect of moral education is not satisfactory.The reason is that the vocational schools do not find out the true ideological situation of the students and do not adopt the effective mode of moral education.This paper analyzes the ideological situation of vocational college students,and the malpractice of“slogan moral education”and“indoctrination moral education”.It takes Jiangsu Union Technical Institute Gaoyou Branch as an example to provide reference for vocational colleges to introduce the implementation path of experiential moral education.
