胸腺法新在肺部感染合并肺不张疾病中的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨胸腺法新在肺部感染合并肺不张疾病中的治疗效果。方法 2015年12月至2016年12月我院肺部感染和肺不张的96例患者,按随机数字表法分为胸腺法新组和常规治疗组各48例,比较治疗后两组炎症免疫因子水平。结果胸腺法新组全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)发生率低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后1d,两组APACHEⅡ和SOFA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后10d,胸腺法新组APACHEⅡ评分低于常规治疗组,SOFA评分高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。胸腺法新组住院时间和病死率均低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后两组免疫因子水平较治疗前均下降,且胸腺法新组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后胸腺法新组CD_4^+和CD_4^+/CD_8^+指标高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺法新在肺部感染合并肺不张中可以显著改善患者免疫功能,具有较好的治疗效果。 To investigate the curative effect of thymalfasin in the treatment of pulmonary infection with atelectasis.Ninety-six patients with pulmonary infection and atelectasis in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into thymalfasin or control group,48 in each group.The levels of immune inflammatory factors after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)in the thymalfasin group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 day of the treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of APACHE II and SOFA between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after 10 days of the treatment,APACHE score was significantly lower while SOFA score was significant higher in the thymalfasin group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and fatality rate in the thymalfasin group were significant lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The immune factor levels were decreased after the treatment in the both groups when compared to before treatment but the decrease in the thymalfasin group was more than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,indexes of CD 4+and CD 4+/CD 8+in the thymalfasin group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Thymalfasin can significantly improve the immune function in lung infection with atelectasis,and has better therapeutic effect.
