人性化护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察

Application effect of humanistic nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨人性化护理干预在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月我院收治的100例糖尿病患者,采取计算机单盲随机分组方法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用人性化护理干预方法,比较两组血糖控制情况、护理满意度、心理状况、治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖值等差值明显大于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑评分、抑郁评分等差值高于对照组(P<0.05);服药依从性方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病护理中应用人性化护理,可有效提高患者的服药依从性,有效控制血糖,还可对其心理状况予以改善,提高患者对护理工作的评价。

To explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in diabetes care.One hundred diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control or observation group,50 in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention while the observation group received humane nursing intervention.Blood sugar control,nursing satisfaction,psychological status and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h-blood glucose arithmetic value in the observation group was significantly higher than those the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression score difference value in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The drug compliance of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Application of humanized nursing in diabetes care can effectively control the blood glucose and improve the patient s compliance,the psychological status of the patients and patients evaluation of nursing work.
