基于灰色关联与二分法的无机矿物聚合物强度特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用灰色关联分析法与二分法结合,研究了氧化物组成对无机矿物聚合物强度主导因素的影响。研究发现根据强度主导因素的不同可以将无机矿物聚合物分成两个区域,Ⅰ区CaO含量小于25%(ωCaO<25%),该区强度受活性n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)主导。Ⅱ区CaO含量大于25%(ωCaO>25%),该区强度受CaO含量的影响更大。分别在两区域内进行强度拟合,Ⅰ区符合二元多项式函数,Ⅱ区符合二元傅里叶函数。在各区域内进行强度拟合,拟合曲面投影图说明水玻璃模数在0.8~1.6时,Ⅰ区使用低模数水玻璃激发较好;当n(CaO)/n(SiO_2+Al_2O_3)<0.3时,无机矿物聚合物强度随着n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)的增大而增大;当n(CaO)/n(SiO_2+Al_2O_3)>0.3时,开始显现出n(CaO)/n(SiO_2+Al_2O_3)对强度的影响,随着n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)的增大,强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;Ⅱ区则是高模数水玻璃激发更好,水玻璃模数小时最高强度区域出现在n(CaO)/n(SiO_2+Al_2O_3)值大的区域,当激发剂模数增大时,最高强度区域n(CaO)/n(SiO_2+Al_2O_3)的值减小。 The influence of oxide composition on the dominant factors of strength in geopolymer was studied by combining gray relational analysis and dichotomy.It was found that the geopolymer could be divided into two regions according to the dominance factor of strength.In regionⅠwhere the CaO content of geopolymer was less than 25%,the strength was dominated by the ratio of activity oxides(n(SiO 2)/n(Al 2O 3)).The other was the regionⅡ.CaO content of geopolymer in this area was more than 25%,and the strength was dominated by CaO content.By performing the strength fitting in these two regions respectively,the results showed that the regionⅠwas in accordance with the binary polynomial function and the regionⅡwas conformed to the binary Fourier function.The projection of fitting surface showed that when the modulus of the water glass was selected form 0.8 to 1.6,low modulus water glass had better stimulation effect in regionⅠ.When n(CaO)/n(SiO 2+Al 2O 3)was less than 0.3,the strength of geopolymer increased with the increase of n(SiO 2)/n(Al 2O 3).But if n(CaO)/n(SiO 2+Al 2O 3)was more than 0.3,the effect of n(CaO)/n(SiO 2+Al 2O 3)on strength began to show up,and with the increase of n(SiO 2)/n(Al 2O 3),the strength increased first and then decreased.However,high modulus water glass had better stimulation effect in regionⅡ.The highest strength region appeared in the region where n(CaO)/n(SiO 2+Al 2O 3)was large,when activated with low modulus water glass.With the increasing modulus of activator,the n(CaO)/n(SiO 2+Al 2O 3)of highest strength region decreased.
