摘要
为规避升压型功率因数校正整流器的局限性,提出一种降压型有源功率因数校正(APFC)整流器。设计降压型APFC电路主拓扑图,实现硬件设计;构建控制算法,通过实验对整流器性能进行验证。当负载Ro=10Ω,输出电压Uo=40 V,IGBT的开关频率f_S=9 600 Hz时,直流输出电压波形几乎无纹波;电流经过功率因数校正后,与电压相位几乎完全一致,且谐波含量低。结果表明:降压型APFC整流器具有功率因数高、谐波失真小、输出电压低、共模噪声低、转换效率高等优点,在充电桩等智能化设备的三相升压功率因数校正中具有应用潜力。
To propose a step-down active power factor correction(APFC)rectifier to avoid the limitations of step-up power factor correction rectifier.The main topology of the APFC circuit is designed,and further,the hardware design is realized.The control algorithm is built and the performance of the rectifier is verified by the experiment.When the load is Ro=10Ω,the output voltage is Uo=40 V and the switching frequency of IGBT is fS=9 600 Hz,the DC output voltage waveform has almost no ripple.After the power factor correction,the phase of the current is almost the same as that of the voltage,and its harmonic content is low.Step-down APFC rectifier has many advantages,such as high power factor,low harmonic distortion,low output voltage,low common mode noise and high conversion efficiency.It has application potentials in the three-phase step-down power factor correction for intelligent devices such as charging piles.
