摘要
针对YB45型卷烟包装机石蜡涂抹装置对内衬纸等造成表面污染的问题实施技术改造。基于内衬纸输送与展开机构和石蜡涂抹装置的工作原理,分析得出问题根源在于毛毡与内衬纸的接触时间。综合考虑安装空间、设计工作量和可行性等因素,优选旋转式支架,并对其各个部件进行结构设计和改造。应用效果显示,改造后石蜡对内衬纸的污染事件发生率降至0,设备运行效率由86.75%提高至88.10%,成品抽检优等品率得分由97.08提高至98.10。石蜡涂抹量的智能控制有所改善,卷烟包装机产品质量和体验得以提升。
Technological transformation is performed focusing on the inner-frame surface pollution from the paraffin wax coating device of YB45 cigarette packaging machine.Based on the working principles of inner-frame delivery&deployable mechanism and paraffin wax coating device,it is analyzed that the root of the problem is the contact time of felt and inner-frame.By considering the factors including the installation space,the design workload and the feasibility,the rotary support is selected and its structure of each component is designed and transformed.The application results show that,after the transformation,the occurrence rate of pollution from paraffin wax on the inner-frame fell to 0;the device efficiency is increased from 86.75%to 88.10%;the score of product sampling rate of qualified product is increased from 97.08 to 98.10.The intelligent control of the coating amount of paraffin wax is enhanced,and the quality and experience of the cigarette packing machine are improved.
