摘要
以某玻璃烧结电连接器为例,对其插针断裂故障成因进行判定。通过宏观观察、孔位坐标、壳体尺寸和断口等方面的分析,确定故障是由于低应力作用下的高周疲劳引起的多源疲劳。分析产品的封接、插接的操作过程,结合振动试验判定故障成因,表明壳体尺寸不合格加剧了孔位坐标偏差,两者共同造成了裂纹处的初始应力。初始应力和振动共同作用造成了插针断裂故障。
By taking a glass sintered electrical connector as an example,the cause of the pin breakage is determined.Through macroscopical observation,coordinate analysis of hole position,shell size analysis and fracture analysis,it is determined that the failure is originated from multi-source fatigue of highcycle fatigue under low stress.The sealing and the plug process are analyzed combining the vibration test,showing that the size of the shell is not qualified,which aggravates the hole coordinate deviation,and these both cause the initial stress at the breakage.The joint factors of initial stress and vibration cause the fault of the pin breakage.
