儿童心理虐待行为过程与社会工作干预策略——基于一个儿童受虐案例的分析

Behavior Process of Child Psychological Abuse and Social Work Intervention Strategy——A Case Study on Child Abuse

文章选取一个典型性实务案例,综合利用APSAC,Glase以及Doyle与Timms的理论框架,分析该案例中所存在的遗弃、贬低、不当对待,不合理情感回应、禁闭式管教等儿童心理虐待行为,并深描心理虐待的过程特征。结合案例分析及西方儿童虐待防治经验,考量儿童心理虐待发生过程所具有的独发性和伴生性特点,认为当前儿童保护和儿童虐待防治工作应以儿童需要满足为目标定位,并在构建相关政策与服务体系过程中兼顾儿童虐待的总体性和类别性防治;主要干预策略应聚焦于控制风险性因素、整合利用保护性因素和构建"三级预防"服务体系;遵循"类型化"与"个别化"相结合干预原则,突出社会工作在资源整合、关系调适和服务传递方面的专业优势,从而促进儿童虐待防治工作的加速发展,积极构建儿童友好型社会。

The author of this paper takes a typical practice case,by adopting the theoretical framework by APSAC,Glase,and Doyle and Timms,to analyze the abuse behaviors existed in the case,such as abandon,belittle,improper treatment,unreasonable emotional response,confinement and so on,and to look into the psychological abuse process.By employing the case study and child abuse prevention in western countries,and taking into account the independence and intergrowth in psychological abuse process,this paper concludes that the fulfillment of children’s need should be applied to decide the overall objective of child abuse prevention,so as to make policies and construct service system.And the main intervention strategy lies in risk factors control,protection factors integration and the construction of the Three level prevention system.Moreover,classified intervention path ought to be applied,so as to amplify the advantages of social work in resources integration,relationship coordination and service delivery,accelerate the development of child abuse prevention and build a child friendly society.
