在梳理产业园区产城融合核心内涵的基础上,以河池市为例探究产业园区与就近城镇耦合协调发展、产业园区补充功能、产业园区就地城镇化三种欠发达地区产业园区产城融合发展模式,并阐述多维融合理念下推动园区协调规划、禀赋异质性条件下培育园区特色产业集群、财政资金瓶颈约束下拓宽园区建设资本筹措渠道三种欠发达地区产业园区产城融合实施路径。
