循证矫正:服刑人员矫正新模式的研究与实践——基于循证矫正在广西女子监狱推行的思考

Research and Practice of the New Criminal Correction Mode:Reflection on the Implementation of Evidence-based Correction in Guangxi Women's Prison

通过对广西女子监狱开展循证矫正分析,并取得理想的矫正效果的基础上,探讨把握循证矫正的核心理念,培养掌握循证矫正实践方法的循证矫正工作者,重视人的作用,重视成本效益,在实际工作中重视调查研究,重视信息资料的收集、分析和利用,建立数据库,使服刑人员矫正工作尽可能建立在各种"证据"之上,重视各项工作的科学性,从而提高矫正服刑人员的质量和水平,推动服刑人员管理工作顺利开展。

This paper discusses the core idea of evidence based correction,based on evidence-based correction in GuangXi Women's Prison which has achieved good results.We cultivate the evidence-based practice of evidence-based correction workers,pay attention to the role of people and attach importance to the cost benefit.At the same time,we must pay more attention to the investigation and study in practical work,to information collection,analysis and use,to scientific work.Setting up a database to make criminals'correction work based on all kinds of“evidence”,so as to improve the quality and level of criminal correction,promote criminal management work smoothly.
