摘要
目的:探讨刃针的适应症以及刃针所治疗的优势病种。方法:通过检索2015年到2017年有关刃针的文献资料进行归纳和分析。结果:通过对检索文献的编辑整理,从2015年到2017年文献中有关刃针治疗的病种,排名前五位的分别为神经根型颈椎病、颈源性眩晕、肩周炎、膝骨性关节炎、腰背肌筋膜炎。文献中病种主要集中在软组织损伤性植物神经功能紊乱以及脊柱相关疾病,整体表现为各病种文献量不均匀的情况。结论:刃针疗法在很多疾病方面都有很好的治疗效果,尤其在慢性软组织损伤方面疗效确切,但刃针治疗适应证和优势病种会随着研究深入而不断改变,仍需进一步研究和探讨。
Objective:To discuss the indications of the needle and the dominant disease treated with the needle.Methods:The literature from 2015 to 2017 was retrieved and analyzed.Results:From the editing and sorting of search literature,from 2015 to 2017,the top five kinds of diseases related to needle therapy were cervical spondylotic radicular disease,cervical vertigo,periarthritis of shoulder,osteoarthritis of the knee and lumbar back myofascitis.The main diseases in the literature are soft tissue injury,autonomic nerve dysfunction and spinal related diseases.The overall performance is the uneven amount of literatures.Conclusion:Needle therapy is effective in many diseases,especially in chronic soft tissue injury,however,the indications and predominant diseases will continue to change with further research,and further research is needed.
